Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). A goal-oriented and systematic approach of examining how the interaction between emotions and cognitions can influence behaviours. CBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been found to be successful for the treatment of a variety of disorders such as anxiety, mood, personality, addictions, eating and psychotic disorders.
